Craig Townsend

Managing Director/Senior Physiotherapist

Craig returned to his hometown and joined the practice in 2014 as a new graduate from the Physiotherapy course at Charles Sturt, Albury. Craig’s areas of interest include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy and injury rehabilitation. Since graduating he has completed additional training in workplace health and safety, and dry needling. As of July 2021, Craig reached his dream of being a business owner, when Sally Hill handed over ownership of Leeton Physiotherapy Centre.

Sally Hill

Senior Physiotherapist

Sally established Leeton Physiotherapy Centre in 1995. She has 30 years clinical experience with expertise in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, workplace health and safety, orthopaedics and hand therapy. Sally has worked closely with local and representative rugby union teams including the Leeton Phantoms, and also worked as a physiotherapist at the 2000 Olympic Games. After 25 years Sally handed over ownership of Leeton Physiotherapy Centre to Craig Townsend.

Emily Halden

Physiotherapist

Emily Halden joined our team in June 2017. She graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2015, and had been working in private practice in Wagga before moving to Leeton. Emily’s areas of clinical interest include management of acute musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and treatment of shoulder injuries. Emily has additional training in Women’s Health and can treat all pelvic floor conditions.

Kristen Johnstone

Practice Manager

Kristen joined our team in May 2015, and was promoted to the position of Practice Manager in May 2016. Kristen oversees the management of office staff and reception, while co-ordinating all of the various activities of our physiotherapists and visiting allied health professionals. Kristen ensures that things at Leeton Physiotherapy Centre run smoothly and she manages to do all this with a smile on her face! A skilled multi-tasker, we would be lost without her.

Hayley Reynolds

Allied Health Assistant and Administration

Hayley started with Leeton Physiotherapy Centre in 2018 on a part-time basis as an administration assistant. In 2019 Hayley took on a permanent full-time role. Over the years our centres growing demand saw Hayley enroll in a course to further her skills and is now a qualified Allied Health Assistant and works closely along side our physiotherapists. Hayley’s warm and friendly nature keeps a smile on all our clients faces.

 

Courtney joined our team in June 2023 and very quickly fitted in to our team with her bubbly personality. Courtney assists Kristen and Hayley in keeping the office running smoothly and provides excellent customer service at reception. Courtney will be happy to answer your calls and assist with your enquiry or making your appointment.
